Abercrombie & Fitch v4.0 iOS Mobile Application
Overview
Abercrombie is a lifestyle retail brand with sub-brands; Hollister and Abercrombie Kids. The goal of the project was to redesign their existing mobile application to include unique features such as Playlist and Explore. Abercrombie was looking to increase their online revenue and brand awareness amongst their target market.

Product Management Approach
During the development lifecyle for v4.0, I managed the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of features and artifacts for release. I groomed the product backlog to prioritize features, stories, and bugs for the development team and design team.
I communicated with stakeholders and clients about the product’s health and timeline via status reports and sprint planner recaps.
Outcome
Within the first three months of release, the Abercrombie & Fitch mobile application received a 4.4 star rating in the Apple App Store.
